Exit the train and walk to the nearest bus stop located at Grand Blvd. and Woodward Ave. Here, catch the SMART bus Route 450 towards 'Royal Oak'. Stay on the bus as it travels north. After approximately 25 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to the Detroit Zoo, which is located at 8450 W 10 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48067. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the zoo.

Exit and walk to the nearest SMART bus stop at the corner of Washington Blvd and Congress St. Board the SMART bus Route 460, which goes directly to Royal Oak.
