Start at the Detroit Central Station. Take the SMART Bus Route 125 towards the Southland Center. Get off at the 'W Jefferson & W Fort St' stop. From there, walk south on W Jefferson Ave for about 10 minutes. You'll find Historic Fort Wayne on your right at 6325 W Jefferson Ave.
Public Transportation + Walking
If you're near the Detroit People Mover, ride to the 'Cobo Hall' station. From Cobo Hall, transfer to the QLINE streetcar at the nearby Rosa Parks Transit Center. Take the QLINE south to the 'Mack & Woodward' stop. From Mack & Woodward, walk west towards W Jefferson Ave. Continue walking west on W Jefferson Ave for approximately 30 minutes until you reach Historic Fort Wayne at 6325 W Jefferson Ave.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Detroit Riverwalk. Head west along the riverfront bike path until you reach W Jefferson Ave. Turn left onto W Jefferson Ave and ride south for about 2.5 miles. Historic Fort Wayne will be on your right at 6325 W Jefferson Ave.
