Public Transit (Bus)
Start at the Detroit People Mover station nearest to you. Ride the People Mover to the 'Cobo Hall' station. From Cobo Hall, exit and transfer to the DDOT Bus route 25 (Gratiot). Board the bus heading towards 'Eastside'. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Alter Rd & Mack Ave'. Transfer to the Smart Bus route 560 (Eastside). Ride the Smart Bus until you get off at 'Riverside Blvd'. Walk south on Riverside Blvd for about 10 minutes until you reach Mariner Park located at 14702 Riverside Blvd.
Walking
If you're near downtown Detroit, you can walk to Mariner Park. Start by heading east on Jefferson Ave. Continue walking along Jefferson Ave until you reach Mack Ave. Turn left onto Mack Ave and keep walking until you reach Riverside Blvd. Turn right onto Riverside Blvd, and walk straight down for about 15 minutes until you arrive at Mariner Park.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs. Start your journey by biking east along the Detroit Riverwalk. Follow the path along the river until you reach the bridge at Mack Ave. Cross over the bridge and continue biking on Mack Ave until you hit Riverside Blvd. Turn right onto Riverside Blvd, and continue biking for about 10 minutes until you arrive at Mariner Park.
