If you are starting at the Michigan State Capitol, head north on Capitol Avenue toward W Allegan St. Continue straight, passing by various shops and cafes. After about 0.5 miles, you will reach the intersection with E Saginaw St. Turn left onto E Saginaw St and walk for about 0.3 miles. You'll pass the Lansing Center on your left. As you continue, look for N Capitol Ave on your right. Turn right onto N Capitol Ave and walk about 0.2 miles. Durant Park will be on your left at 700 N Capitol Ave.

From the Lansing City Market, take the CATA bus route 1 (Blue Line) heading north. Get off at the stop at N Capitol Ave and E Saginaw St. From the bus stop, walk south along N Capitol Ave for about 0.2 miles. Durant Park will be on your right at 700 N Capitol Ave.
