If you are starting from downtown Lansing, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the CATA bus route 2 towards the Lansing Mall. Once on the bus, stay on for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Elmwood Rd & Maple St' stop. If you are near the Michigan State Capitol, you can walk to Sharp Park. Start by heading west on W Michigan Ave. Continue straight, and after about 1 mile, turn left onto Elmwood Rd. Walk about another 1 mile, and you will find Sharp Park on your right side at 1401 Elmwood Rd.

For those with access to a bike, you can bike from downtown Lansing. Head west on W Michigan Ave and follow the bike path along the river. Continue until you reach Elmwood Rd, then turn left and bike north for about 1 mile to reach Sharp Park at 1401 Elmwood Rd.
