Walking
From the center of Mount Pleasant, head south on Coleman Blvd toward Shem Creek. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Ben Sawyer Blvd. Turn left onto Ben Sawyer Blvd and continue for another mile until you reach the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. From there, take the path toward the water, and you'll see a bus stop for the Charleston Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus service. Board the CARTA bus heading towards Charleston. Sit back and enjoy the ride for about 20-30 minutes before getting off at the stop nearest to 120 Broad St in Charleston, SC. Once you disembark, walk a few blocks until you reach Broad St, where the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist is located at 120 Broad St.

Public Transit - Bus
Begin at the nearest bus stop in Mount Pleasant and board the CARTA bus that travels towards Charleston. Check the bus schedule for the most convenient time to board. After approximately 20-30 minutes, get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Broad St and Meeting St. From there, walk east on Broad St for about 5 minutes. The Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist will be on your left at 120 Broad St.

Biking
If you're comfortable riding a bike, rent one from a local bike shop in Mount Pleasant. Start by biking south on Coleman Blvd. After about a mile, turn left onto Ben Sawyer Blvd and continue biking for another mile until you reach the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park. Follow the bike paths that lead you to the CARTA bus stop. Board the bus toward Charleston and bike alongside the bus route for the duration of the trip. Once in Charleston, park your bike at a bike rack and walk to 120 Broad St where the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist is located.
