If you're in the downtown area of Mount Pleasant, start by heading south on S Mission St toward E Broadway St. Continue on S Mission St until you reach the intersection with E High St. Turn right onto E High St. After about a quarter of a mile, you'll reach the intersection with S University Ave. Turn left on S University Ave and follow it until you reach the intersection with E Bellows St. Turn right onto E Bellows St and continue straight until you reach the waterfront. From there, follow the signs to the local bus terminal, where you can catch the bus to Charleston.

To get to Charleston City Market via public transport, start at the nearest bus stop in Mount Pleasant. Take the bus heading toward Charleston. You may need to transfer at the Charleston Transit Center. Once you're in Charleston, take the bus line that heads toward Meeting St and get off at the stop closest to 188 Meeting St. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to the City Market, which will be on your right.

If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Mount Pleasant. Head south on S Mission St, then take E High St towards S University Ave. From there, you can find bike paths leading towards Charleston. Follow the designated bike lanes and routes until you reach the downtown area. Once in downtown Charleston, follow the signs for Meeting St, and you'll arrive at the Charleston City Market.
