Cross the bridge on foot, enjoying the views. Once you reach the Charleston side, continue straight onto East Bay Street. Walk along East Bay Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Anson Street. Turn left onto Anson Street and walk for two blocks. Bulldog Tours will be on your left at 18 Anson St.
