From any location in West Michigan, head towards US-31 North. If you are coming from Grand Rapids, take I-96 West to US-31 North. Continue on US-31 North until you reach Ludington. Take exit 160 for Ludington Ave (M-116) and turn left onto Ludington Ave. Follow Ludington Ave until it becomes Lakeshore Drive. The Port of Ludington Maritime Museum will be on your right at 217 South Lakeshore Drive. There is parking available at the museum.

The nearest Greyhound station is located at 313 East Ludington Ave. From the bus station, you can either walk or take a local taxi service to the museum. Walking will take approximately 15 minutes.
