    If you're starting from the downtown area of Muskegon, head west on Western Avenue towards Muskegon Lake. Continue walking until you reach the lakefront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn right onto Beach Street. Follow Beach Street northward for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass by various parks and scenic views of the lake.
