    If you are driving, start from the center of the Mississippi River Headwaters area. Head south on MN-371 S until you reach US-10 W. Merge onto US-10 W and continue for approximately 80 miles until you reach I-35 S. Take the I-35 S exit towards Minneapolis. Continue on I-35 S for about 125 miles, then take the exit for I-44 S towards St. Louis. Follow I-44 S until you reach I-55 S, then take the exit for I-55 S towards Memphis. Continue on I-55 S until you reach the exit for Downtown St. Louis. Follow the signs to the Enterprise Center at 1401 Clark Ave, St. Louis, MO 63103.
