Walking
If you are already in Tettegouche State Park, start at the main parking lot near the visitor center. Head towards the Agate Trail, which you will see marked. Follow the Agate Trail for approximately 1 mile. The trail is well-maintained and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. As you walk, keep an eye out for trail markers. Once you reach the junction with the Two Step Falls Trail on your left, take that path. The falls are about a half-mile from this junction. Continue on the trail until you hear the sound of the falls, and soon you'll arrive at Two Step Falls.

Biking
If you prefer biking, you can start from the same parking lot near the visitor center. Use the paved paths until you connect to the Agate Trail. Biking is allowed on the Agate Trail, so you can ride for about 1 mile to the junction with the Two Step Falls Trail. Note that the final half-mile to the falls is a hiking trail, so you will need to park your bike and walk the last stretch. Ensure you wear a helmet and follow park regulations while biking.

Driving
If you're coming from outside Tettegouche State Park, you can drive to the park entrance located off Highway 61. Upon entering the park, pay the daily vehicle fee (approximately $7 for Minnesota residents and $10 for non-residents). Proceed to the main parking area near the visitor center. From there, follow the walking directions provided above to reach Two Step Falls.
