    If you are in downtown Gulfport, start by heading east on 24th Avenue towards E Beach Blvd. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Beach Blvd. Turn right onto E Beach Blvd and walk for approximately 0.3 miles. The Mississippi Aquarium will be on your left at 2100 E Beach Blvd.

    From downtown Gulfport, locate the nearest bus stop for the Gulfport Transit System. Take Bus Route 1 (Gulfport to East Beach) and ride until the stop at the intersection of E Beach Blvd. and 21st Ave. After disembarking, walk south on 21st Ave towards E Beach Blvd, then turn left onto E Beach Blvd. The Mississippi Aquarium is a short walk down the road at 2100 E Beach Blvd.
