From Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park, head east on Highway 72. Drive approximately 6 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 19. Turn left onto Highway 19 North and continue for about 12 miles. As you approach the town of Winona, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Rocky Falls Shut-ins. The entrance will be on your left. There is no admission fee for Rocky Falls Shut-ins.
