If you're traveling by car, start from the city of Rolla, MO. Take I-44 South and follow it for approximately 30 miles. Then, take exit 169 for MO-68 towards Jadwin. Continue on MO-68 for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with MO-19. Turn left onto MO-19 and continue for roughly 5 miles. You will see signs for the Welch Spring Hospital Ruins. Turn left onto Welch Spring Road, which is a gravel road leading to the ruins. There is no formal parking area, so you may need to park along the road.

Public transportation options are limited in this rural area. However, you can take a Greyhound bus to Rolla, MO. From Rolla, you will need to arrange a taxi or rideshare service, as public transport does not extend directly to the Welch Spring Hospital Ruins. Expect taxi fares to be around $30-$50 depending on the distance and wait time. Once you arrive in Jadwin, follow the directions provided for car travel from MO-19 to reach the ruins.
