From Grand Center, head south on Grand Blvd toward Washington Ave. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Convention Plaza. Turn left onto Convention Plaza and walk for another 0.3 miles. You will cross over the railway tracks and see the iconic Union Station building ahead. The St. Louis Aquarium is located at 201 S 18th St, which is adjacent to Union Station.

From Grand Center, walk to the Grand MetroLink Station located at 3600 Grand Blvd. Board the MetroLink Blue Line heading towards the 5th & Missouri Station. Ride for 2 stops and get off at the Union Station stop. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Union Station. The aquarium is located at 201 S 18th St, just a short walk from the station exit.
