Walking
From the heart of La Condamine, head towards the harbor area. Walk straight along Avenue de la République, which will eventually lead you to the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront promenade, turn left and continue walking along the coast until you reach the Monaco-Ville area. Keep walking until you see the signs directing you towards Nice. After about 15 minutes, you will see signs for the bus station near the Place d'Armes.

Once you reach the Place d'Armes bus station, look for the bus route number 100 towards Nice. The bus departs frequently, so you should not have to wait long. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic coastal views as you travel. Get off at the stop 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais', and from there, follow the signs to the Cours Saleya. This area is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

Train
Alternatively, you can walk from La Condamine to the Monaco Monte-Carlo train station, which takes about 15 minutes. From the station, take a regional train towards Nice Ville. The train journey will take about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit and head towards Rue de Rome. Follow the signs to Cours Saleya, which is approximately a 20-minute walk from the station.
