    From the center of La Condamine, head towards the harbor. Walk along Avenue de la République until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Boulevard de la République. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you see the signs for Monaco's train station. Once you reach the station, go down the steps to the train platform and take the train towards Nice. The journey will take around 20 minutes. Upon arriving at Nice Ville station, exit the station and follow the signs to the tram stop. Take tram line 2 towards 'Port Lympia'. Get off at the 'Palais des Congrès' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Place du Palais de Justice, where the Tour de l'Horloge is located.
