Start at the nearest bus stop, which is 'Monte Carlo - Palais des Congrès'. From there, head east on Avenue de la Costa towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue walking straight until you reach Avenue Princesse Grace. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach the Monte Carlo Casino. From the casino, keep walking along the promenade until you reach the roundabout. Cross the street towards the beach and follow the signs for 'Cannes'. You'll want to take the bus number 100 towards Nice. Get off at the 'Cannes' stop. Once you arrive, walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be on your left.

From La Rousse, head to the nearest bus station, 'Monte Carlo - Palais des Congrès'. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. This bus runs frequently throughout the day. Enjoy the scenic ride along the coast. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive in Cannes. Get off at the 'Cannes' bus stop. Once you step off the bus, follow the signs to Boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is located at 1 Boulevard de la Croisette, just a short walk from the bus stop.
