Walking
From the Larvotto Beach area, head northwest towards Avenue Princesse Grace. Continue on Avenue Princesse Grace for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Boulevard d'Italie. Turn left onto Boulevard d'Italie and follow it until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenue de Verdun. Continue straight and you will eventually reach Boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be on your right.

Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue Princesse Grace. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. Get off at the stop 'Cannes - Gare SNCF.' The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be on your left.
