Walking
From the Palace of Monaco, head down Rue de la Victoire. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de l'Observatoire. Turn right and walk down towards the waterfront. You will arrive at the Port Hercule. From there, follow the waterfront promenade, and you will see signs directing you to Nice. As you approach the border of Monaco and Nice, keep your eyes peeled for signs to Cours Saleya, which is a short walk away from the Promenade des Anglais.

Walking
From the Oceanographic Museum, exit the building and walk down the steps to Rue Saint-Martin. Turn left and proceed to the end of the street, where it intersects with Avenue de la République. Turn right on Avenue de la République and continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Albert 1er. Cross the road and follow the Boulevard towards Nice. You will see signs for Cours Saleya as you approach the market area.

Walking
If you are at the Jardin Exotique, exit the garden and walk down to the main road, Avenue de la Costa. Turn left and follow the road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to Avenue d'Ostende, and continue walking until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, follow the promenade towards Nice. You will soon see Cours Saleya on your left.
