Walking
From the main square in Monaco-Ville, head towards the direction of the Prince's Palace. Walk along the narrow streets, following the signs towards the Palace. Once you reach the Palace, continue walking down the steps towards the lower part of the hill. You will see the directional signs to Nice. Follow the path and you will eventually reach the end of the Monaco-Ville area. After exiting Monaco, you will need to take public transport (bus or train) to Nice. The closest bus stop is near the Palace, where you can catch Bus 100 to Nice.

After arriving at the bus stop near the Prince's Palace, board Bus 100 heading towards Nice. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Nice, disembark at the main bus station or any stop closer to Place du Palais de Justice. From there, it is a short walk to the landmark. Just head towards the direction of Place du Palais de Justice; you will see signs directing you to the Tour de l'Horloge.
