If you're in Monte Carlo, start by heading towards the Monte Carlo Casino. From there, walk downhill to the Monte Carlo train station. Once at the train station, you can take a train to Nice. The train ride is approximately 20 minutes. Upon arriving at Nice Ville station, exit the station and head west towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Continue walking straight until you reach Place Massena. From Place Massena, follow the signs to the Promenade du Paillon, which will lead you to Parc du Château Escalier. The Bellanda Tower is located at the top of the hill within the park.
