Walking
From the Monte Carlo Casino, head east along Avenue de Monte Carlo towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight onto Boulevard des Moulins. Walk until you reach the intersection with Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, then turn left. Follow Boulevard du Jardin Exotique until you reach the bus stop 'Monaco - Gare Routière'.
Bus
At the 'Monaco - Gare Routière' bus stop, take the L1 bus towards Nice. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop 'Nice - Gare Routière'.
Walking
Once you arrive at 'Nice - Gare Routière', exit the bus and head northeast towards Avenue Jean Médecin. Take a left onto Rue de la République, then continue straight until you reach Place Masséna. From there, head towards the Promenade du Paillon, and continue walking until you see signs for Colline du Château. Follow the signs and you will reach the park entrance.
