From Monte Carlo, head to the Monte Carlo train station, which is located at 8 Avenue de la Gare. Once there, purchase a ticket to Beaulieu-sur-Mer. The train ride takes about 10 minutes. After arriving at Beaulieu-sur-Mer station, exit the station and walk straight onto Avenue de la Gare. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Avenue Fernand Dunan. Turn left onto Avenue Fernand Dunan, and you will find the Casino de Beaulieu at number 4, just a short walk down the road.

From the Monte Carlo bus station located at 1 Avenue des Spélugues, take bus line 100 towards Nice. This bus will take you along the coastline and provide a scenic view of the area. Get off at the 'Beaulieu-sur-Mer' stop. Once you disembark, walk towards Avenue Fernand Dunan, which is to your left. The Casino de Beaulieu will be at 4 Avenue Fernand Dunan, just a short walk from the bus stop.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Monte Carlo Casino located at Place du Casino. Head southwest on Avenue de Monte-Carlo towards Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Avenue de la Madone. Keep walking until you reach the entrance of the Jardin Exotique. Follow the path down towards Avenue de la Gare, then turn right and continue towards Beaulieu-sur-Mer. This is a longer route, approximately 1 hour, but offers beautiful views along the way.
