At the Monte Carlo bus station, you can catch the number 100 bus heading towards Nice. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to get off at the 'Cimiez' stop which is closest to the Musée Matisse. After getting off, walk a short distance to 164 Av. des Arènes de Cimiez, where the museum is located.

If you prefer to enjoy a scenic walk, you can walk to Nice from Monte Carlo. Start at the Casino de Monte-Carlo and head down Avenue des Beaux-Arts towards the coast. Follow the coastal path along the Promenade des Anglais until you reach the Nice city center. From there, you can either continue walking or take a bus or tram to get to Cimiez. The museum is about a 30-minute walk from the city center of Nice.
