Getting There

  • Bus

    From Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue de la Costa. Take bus line 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes, and get off at the 'Cagnes-sur-Mer, Les Bréguières' stop. From there, walk west on Avenue des Bréguières until you reach Avenue des Alpes, then turn left. Follow Avenue des Alpes until you reach the intersection with Chemin des Collettes. Turn right onto Chemin des Collettes, and you will find the Musée Renoir on your left.

  • Train

    Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo). Board a train heading towards Nice Ville. After about 10 minutes, get off at Cagnes-sur-Mer station. Once you exit the station, head north on Avenue de la Gare. Continue straight until you reach Avenue des Alpes, then turn right. Follow Avenue des Alpes until you reach Chemin des Collettes, then turn left. The Musée Renoir will be on your left.

  • Walking

    If you prefer to walk, start from the Monte Carlo Casino and head down Avenue de la Costa towards the waterfront. Continue along the promenade until you reach the train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo), then follow the directions for the train option above to reach Cagnes-sur-Mer. This walking route will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes and will include beautiful views of the coastline.

  • Taxi

    You can also take a taxi from Monte Carlo directly to Musée Renoir. Just inform the driver of your destination: 'Musée Renoir, 19 Chem. des Collettes, Cagnes-sur-Mer'. The journey should take around 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.
