Train
From Monte Carlo, walk to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo) which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and head towards Avenue de la Gare, turn left onto Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight until you reach the main road, Avenue Princesse Grace. From there, take the train towards Cannes. The journey will take around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Cannes train station, exit and follow the signs to Boulevard de la Croisette, where you will find the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès.

Walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue des Spélugues. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. This bus will take you along the coastline and offer scenic views. Get off at the 'Cannes' stop, which takes about 1 hour. From the bus stop, walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette, and you will see the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès directly ahead.

Ferry
If you're in Monte Carlo, you can take a ferry from the Port Hercule. First, walk to the port, which should take about 15 minutes from the center of Monte Carlo. Once at the port, board the ferry to Cannes. The ferry trip takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cannes ferry terminal, walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette. The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès will be a short walk from the terminal.
