Train
From Monte Carlo, head to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monaco). You can walk there by taking Avenue de la Costa and then Avenue Prince Pierre, which will take you about 10-15 minutes. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Menton. Trains run frequently, and the journey to Menton takes about 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Menton station, exit and follow signs to the bus stop for local buses.

Once you arrive at the 'Les Sablettes' bus stop, head towards the sea. You can walk directly to Plage des Sablettes by following the coastal path. It's a pleasant walk of about 5 minutes, where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach will be on your left as you approach.
