From Monte Carlo, head to the Port of Monaco. You can walk to the port from the Casino de Monte-Carlo, which is about a 15-minute walk. Head down Avenue des Spélugues towards Boulevard Louis II, then continue to the port area. Look for the ferry terminal; ferries to Île Sainte-Marguerite depart regularly. Purchase a ticket at the terminal and board the ferry to Cannes. The ferry ride will take approximately 30 minutes.

From Monte Carlo, walk to the Monte Carlo train station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Casino de Monte-Carlo. Once at the train station, take a train towards Cannes. The journey takes approximately 40-50 minutes. After arriving at Cannes train station, exit and look for the bus stop for Bus 1, which goes to the port. Catch Bus 1 to the port of Cannes. From there, you can take a ferry to Île Sainte-Marguerite.
