From Buir Lake, head southwest on the main road towards the town of Khentii. Continue for approximately 80 km until you reach the intersection near Breven Kid. Turn left onto the road leading directly to Baldan Bereeven Monastery. Follow this road for about 20 km, passing through scenic landscapes. Look for signs indicating Baldan Bereeven Monastery. Once you arrive at the coordinates 48.2007653, 109.4290209, you will see the entrance to the monastery.
Public Transportation
Start at Buir Lake and take a local bus or shared taxi to the town of Khentii. The fare is typically around 3,000 MNT. Once in Khentii, look for a bus that goes towards Breven Kid or specifically to Baldan Bereeven Monastery. The bus ride will cost approximately 2,000 MNT. Once you get off at Breven Kid, you can either walk the remaining 20 km to the monastery or hire a local taxi for about 15,000 MNT to take you directly to the monastery.
