Car
From the center of Karakorum, head west on the main road (Karakorum to Ulaanbaatar road). Follow this road for approximately 25 km. Look for signs directing you to Khoshoo Tsaidam, which will be on the right side of the road. Turn onto the dirt road leading to the museum, which is about 3 km from the main road. There is no entrance fee for the museum, but ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

Public Transportation
Take a minibus (also known as a 'bus') from the central bus station in Karakorum that heads towards Ulaanbaatar. Inform the driver you want to stop at Khoshoo Tsaidam, which is approximately 25 km from Karakorum. The fare is around 1,500 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik). After getting off, follow the dirt path for about 3 km to reach the Gokhturk Museum. Public transport may not run frequently, so check the schedule ahead of time.

For a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Karakorum. The taxi fare to Khoshoo Tsaidam will range between 15,000 to 20,000 MNT depending on your negotiation skills and time of day. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey. The taxi will take you directly to the entrance of the Gokhturk Museum. This option is convenient, especially if you're traveling in a group.
