Public Bus
From Columbia Falls, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the corner of Nucleus Ave and 3rd St E. Catch the Flathead Valley Transit bus heading towards Glacier National Park. Confirm with the driver that the bus stops at Glacier's visitor center. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Glacier National Park visitor center and follow the signs to Logan Pass, which is about a 10-minute walk from the center.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Columbia Falls. Start by heading east on Nucleus Ave until you reach the junction with US Highway 2. Turn right onto US Highway 2 and continue north, following the signs for Glacier National Park. The ride is roughly 17 miles and will take about 1.5 hours. Once you reach the park entrance, follow the road to Logan Pass, which is located about 15 miles inside the park.
Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and up for a long trek, you can walk to Logan Pass. Start at the center of Columbia Falls and head north on Nucleus Ave. Continue on to US Highway 2 and follow it north. The walk is approximately 17 miles and will take around 6 hours. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks, and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way!
