If you are driving from Kotor, head southeast on E65 towards Tivat. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards Tivat. Continue straight until you reach the town of Tivat. In Tivat, follow the signs to 'Panorama Tivat Bay.' The observation deck is located at 24 P1, Skaljari, Montenegro. Parking may be available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.
