From Lakes of Plav, head northwest on the main road (E80) towards Nikšić. Continue on E80 for about 90 kilometers until you reach the town of Kotor. Once in Kotor, follow the signs for 'Škaljari'. Turn left onto P22 road, and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. The Scenic View Point & Kotor Webcam will be located on your right at coordinates 42.4090515, 18.7693151. There is no parking fee at this viewpoint.
