The monastery is located approximately 3 km from the town center, near the Piva River. You will need to turn onto a local road leading to the monastery, which is well-marked.

First, take a bus from Žabljak to Plužine. Buses run several times a day, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once in Plužine, you will need to take a taxi to reach Piva Monastery, as public transport may not go directly there.
