After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the border with Albania. Make sure to have your passport ready for border crossing. Upon entering Albania, continue on SH20 road towards the town of Bajram Curri. This journey will take around 45 minutes. In Bajram Curri, you can find accommodations and local services. From Bajram Curri, follow the signs for the Albanian Alps, which is about a 30-minute drive north into the mountains.

    To reach the Albanian Alps using public transportation, first take a bus from any town in Prokletije National Park to Plav. Buses run frequently, and the fare is generally around €2-3.
