Walking
Assuming you are starting from the center of Mandalay, head east on 26th Street until you reach 79th Street. Turn left (north) onto 79th Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 28th Street. From there, turn right (east) onto 28th Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the base of Mandalay Hill. Follow the signs directing you to Mandalay Hill.
Public Transport
To reach Mandalay Hill using public transport, find a nearby 'pickup' (shared taxi) station. Board a pickup heading towards the north part of the city and ask the driver to drop you off at the base of Mandalay Hill. Once you arrive, you will see signs directing you to the hill entrance. From there, you may walk up the hill or take the stairs for a more scenic route.
Cycling
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the city center and cycle east on 26th Street. Turn left onto 79th Street and continue cycling north until you reach the intersection with 28th Street. Turn right onto 28th Street and follow it along until you reach the roundabout at the base of Mandalay Hill. There are bike parking facilities available at the entrance.
