Assuming you are in the center of Mandalay, head northeast on 26th Street towards the intersection with 83rd Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the Mandalay Palace entrance. From there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the Mandalay Palace Viewpoint, which is located just outside the palace walls. It's a short walk of approximately 15-20 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Mandalay. Start from the city center and head northeast along 26th Street. After about 2 km, you will arrive at the Mandalay Palace entrance. The viewpoint is located just outside the palace walls, a short ride from the entrance. The total distance is approximately 3 km.

For a more traditional experience, hire a trishaw. You can easily find one near major hotels or tourist areas. Tell the driver you want to go to Mandalay Palace. The driver will take you to the palace entrance. Once you arrive, you can either walk to the viewpoint or ask the driver to take you directly to the viewpoint, which is just outside the palace. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
