Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from downtown Grand Island, head west on Nebraska Avenue towards 3rd Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with W 2nd Street. Turn left onto W 2nd Street and continue for about 0.3 miles. Then, turn right onto N Diers Avenue and walk straight for approximately 0.4 miles. Once you reach the intersection with W Stolley Park Rd, turn left, and Stolley Park will be on your left at 2103 W Stolley Park Rd. The entire walk is approximately 1.2 miles and should take about 25 minutes.

• Biking

  For those with a bicycle, start at the Grand Island Public Library located at 211 N Washington St. Head west on W 1st Street, then take a left onto N Diers Avenue. Continue biking on N Diers Avenue for approximately 1.5 miles. When you reach W Stolley Park Rd, turn left, and you'll arrive at Stolley Park in about 5 minutes. The total distance is around 2 miles, which should take about 10 minutes on a bike.

• Public Transit

  If you prefer public transportation, take the Grand Island Transit bus. Board the bus at the nearest stop to your location and ensure you're on a route that heads towards the north side of the city. You will want to get off at the stop closest to N Diers Avenue. From there, walk south on N Diers Avenue for about 0.5 miles until you reach W Stolley Park Rd. Turn right, and Stolley Park will be on your left. Check the bus schedule for specific times and routes as they may vary.
