From downtown Kearney, head west on 25th Street until you reach the intersection with Avenue A. Turn left (south) on Avenue A and continue walking until you reach 11th Street. Turn right (west) on 11th Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with V Road. Turn left (south) on V Road, and Fort Kearny State Historical Park will be on your left at 1020 V Rd. The walk should take about 30-40 minutes depending on your pace.
