Turn left onto 22nd St and continue walking for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with NE-44. Turn right onto NE-44 and walk for approximately 1 mile. You will find the Great Platte River Rd Historical Marker on your left, located near the roadside.

Begin your journey at the Kearney Area Community Foundation at 1000 Central Ave, Kearney, NE 68847. Head south on Central Ave for about a quarter of a mile. Turn left onto 25th St and continue for 0.6 miles. Then, turn right onto NE-44. Cycle along NE-44 for about 1.2 miles. The Great Platte River Rd Historical Marker will be on your right, alongside the road.
