If you are starting from downtown Kearney, head east on 25th Street. Continue straight for about a mile until you reach the intersection with 1st Avenue. Turn left onto 1st Avenue and follow it north. After about half a mile, you will see the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument on your right at 3060 E 1st St.

From the Kearney Public Library, take the Kearney City Transit bus (#1 route) heading east. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near 1st Avenue and 30th Street. From there, walk south on 1st Avenue for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Great Platte River Road Archway Monument located at 3060 E 1st St.

If you have a bicycle, start from the Kearney Area Community Foundation on 25th Street. Head east until you reach 1st Avenue, then turn left. Continue biking north on 1st Avenue for approximately 1 mile. The Archway Monument will be on your right side at 3060 E 1st St.
