Getting There

• Public Bus

  To reach the National Museum of Roller Skating from the downtown area of Lincoln, you can take the StarTran bus service. Board the Route 22 bus at the '14th & O' bus stop, which is a central location in downtown. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop at '27th & South'. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles south on 27th Street, then turn left onto South Street. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and the museum will be on your right at 4730 South St. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time to ensure timely arrival.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to cycle, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing programs available in Lincoln. Start at the Haymarket area and head east on O Street. Continue on O Street until you reach 27th Street. Turn south on 27th Street and follow it for about 2 miles until you reach South Street. Turn left on South Street, and the National Museum of Roller Skating will be on your right at 4730 South St. The entire ride should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your cycling speed.

  For those who enjoy walking, you can start from the downtown area. Head south on 14th Street towards South Street. Once you reach South Street, turn left. Continue walking on South Street for about 1.5 miles. The National Museum of Roller Skating will be on your left at 4730 South St. This walk will take approximately 30-40 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and enjoy the scenery along the way.
