Cross O Street and continue walking south until you reach 27th Street. Turn left onto 27th Street and walk east. Continue on 27th Street until you reach K Street. Turn right on K Street, and the Nebraska State Capitol will be on your left at 1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68508. This walk is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30 minutes.

From University Place, you can take the StarTran bus service. Head to the nearest bus stop on North 48th Street. Look for the bus route that goes to Downtown Lincoln. You may take Route 44 (or any route that connects to downtown). The fare is $1.00 for a single ride. After a short ride, disembark at the stop nearest to 14th & K Streets. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Nebraska State Capitol located at 1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68508.
