If you are driving, get onto US-26 W from anywhere in Southwest Nebraska. Follow US-26 W for approximately 35 miles until you reach the town of Gering. Once in Gering, take the exit for NE-92 S. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Old Oregon Trail. Continue on Old Oregon Trail for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at Scotts Bluff National Monument located at 190276 Old Oregon Trail, Gering, NE 69341. Note that there is a parking fee of $5 per vehicle for access to the monument.
