If you're driving from Nepalgunj, take the Nepalgunj-Thakurdwara road (also known as Bardiya Highway). The journey is approximately 80 kilometers and takes about 2 hours. Follow the signs for Bardiya National Park. As you approach Thakurdwara, look for Thakurdwara Road, where the Bardiya National Park Office is located. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel as there are limited fuel stations along the way.

Once you arrive at the Thakurdwara bus stop, you can either walk or hire a local tuk-tuk to the Bardiya National Park Office, which is just a short distance away.
