Car
From the nearest major city, Biratnagar, drive towards the town of Dadhuwa. Take the Siddhartha Highway and follow the signs towards Dadhuwa. The journey should take about 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Dadhuwa, navigate towards the coordinates HX6F+HV3 using a GPS-enabled device. The road leading to the Shailung View Tower is a bit narrow, so drive carefully. There is no entry fee for the tower, but you may need to pay for parking if available.
