Trekking from Gokyo
To reach White Water Lake from Gokyo Lakes, start from Gokyo village. Head towards the trail that leads to Gokyo Ri. As you begin your ascent, look for signs directing you to the lakes. Continue on this path until you reach the first lake, Gokyo Lake. From here, follow the trail that leads you uphill and further east, passing by the turquoise waters of Gokyo Lake. After approximately 1 to 2 hours of trekking, you will arrive at White Water Lake, known for its stunning views and serene atmosphere. Make sure to carry enough water and snacks as there are no facilities along the way.
