Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from Thamel, head east on Chaksibari Marg. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Durbar Marg. Turn left onto Durbar Marg and walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Kathmandu Durbar Square area. From there, continue straight onto the street that leads to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. As you walk, look for signs that point towards Dillibazar. Once you reach the main road, look for a bus stop or a local shop to ask for directions to Dillibazar Pipal Bot.

    From Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), walk down the hill towards the main road. Once on the main road, turn left and head towards the city.
